The Peninsula Riverside Serviced Apartments - Perth

The room, while clean and well-equipped, was situated on the ground floor and lacked a view, opening only to a wall. the location is fantastic—just a short walk from the Mends Street Jetty and conveniently less than 30 minutes from the airport, making it a prime spot on the south side of the River.

The only minor drawback during my visit was the outdated decor in the room. While everything was spotless, I wished for a more modern touch to enhance the overall experience.

We really enjoyed excellent and fantastic location of this place.

I loved the location! It's just a short walk to a 24-hour supermarket and super close to the ferry, which made getting around a breeze. The views from the foreshore were fine, especially at sunrise and sunset. Plus, the free parking was a nice touch!

Sadly, the apartment felt really outdated. The sofa bed was uncomfortable, and the bathroom was tiny—my family struggled to shower properly. The front desk staff didn’t seem friendly at all, and it got noisy at night with people slamming doors. it was a mixed bag that left me disappointed.

Had very nice stay on a business trip and the weather was wonderful. The room was a decent size and functional with view, had essentials required. There were a microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The location was amazing, close to a performing arts theater.

Great location by the jetty, making city access easy. Comfortable rooms, though some could use a refresh. The staff are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. Just be aware of potential noise from nearby tree work during the day-it can be a bit disruptive. A solid choice.

Sue’s warm welcome and proactive communication made us feel at home, especially traveling with a 6-month-old baby. The location was fantastic, close to the ferry and lovely eateries, but the family suite lacked adequate space and views. the relaxing garden area and proximity to landmarks like Perth Zoo and the South Perth Foreshore offered enjoyable bonding moments for our family.

The staff here is amazing - super friendly and always ready to help. The room is practical and comes with all the essentials you need, plus a great view to wake up to. The bedroom has its own bathroom, which is very convenient. And don't even get me started on the delicious breakfast they serve! 🌞

This place has well-equipped units with a bedroom, a balcony, and a good view; the staff here are extremely helpful.

The location is convenient, close to a great supermarket called The Good Grocer. The staff were very friendly. My room had its own balcony, a living room, and a lounge area.

The apartments have a very central location, just a 10-15 minute walk from Swan Brewery. The rooms are functional and modern, with good-sized bathrooms that include showers, hair dryers, and bath sheets.
